The session would focus on the variety of strategies for event professionals when coping with critical uncertainties during a crisis. Often how people react is the determining factor in recovery and that’s what can affect overall success of the event. Outcomes of this session include how to identify important elements of a good event crisis management plan, how to leverage guidelines, procedures and best practices, as well as learning from simulations and actual crisis to continuously improve.
